Academic Administration and Student Affairs Bureau (BAAK) is a unit of the institute administrator that contributes in the field of Academic and Student Affairs at the University of PGRI Semarang.

In general the function and authority of BAAK are in coordination with the implementing units and other relevant units to improve the technical academic and student services. In accordance with Rector policy of the University of PGRI Semarang, the management of Academic Administration and Student Affairs becomes authority and responsibility of BAAK that is at the Institute level and responsible to the Rector through the Vice- Rector in accordance with the scope of work.
