Administration Bureau of Planning and Information Systems (BAPSI) is a unit of the institute administrator that contributes in the field of Planning, Implementation and Maintenance on Information and Technology Facilities at the University of PGRI Semarang.

In general the function and authority of BAPSI are in coordination with the implementing units and other relevant units to improve the technical service of planning and academic information system and information technology-based learning and communication. In accordance with the policy of the Rector of the University of PGRI Semarang, Management of Information Systems becomes the authority and responsibility of BAPSI that is at the Institute level and responsible to the Rector through Vice-Rector in accordance with the scope of work.
