A. Vision

In year 2015 the study program becomes an excellent, professional, and meaningful study program in the educational management.

B. Mission

1. To run an education and instruction to produce the educational managers who have a scientific knowledge and pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competences and meaningful to include nationalistic, religious, and dedicative values.
2. To run researches in the field of educational management to develop the science, technology and arts and scientific interactions rooted on the society traditions and Indonesian cultures.
3. To run community services based on the researches which involve the students so that they are skillful in managing the educational levels and skillful in solving the educational problems existing in the community.
4. To develop cooperative networks with the governmental and non-governmental institutions to establish the study program’s performance, to improve the graduate quality and acceptability.

C. Objectives

The Educational Management Study Program of University of PGRI Semarang has the following objectives:

1. Produce the educational managers who have a scientific knowledge and pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competences and meaningful characters including nationalistic, religious, and dedicative values
2. To produce the educational managers capable of conducting researches in the field of educational management to develop the science, technology and arts.
3. To produce the educational managers capable of applying the knowledge of educational management as a form of quality community services
4. To produce cooperative networks with the governmental and non-governmental institutions to improve the study program’s performance.
